A DESIGN + BUILD RENOVATION

BEFORE

Built in 1974, not much is known about this house other than the last occupant did some questionable things. Like put that slightly purple tile everywhere, and the original owner designed a kitchen, where the appliances couldn’t be removed without demolishing something. So, that was the first initiative and its spiraled out since there.

AFTER

Currently about halfway done, with more things seemingly still crawling out of the woodworks.Even after 4 3 ton dumpers being hauled away. I’ve done everything myself, for better or worse. However, I can honestly say I haven’t made anything worse, but like all projects, the limit is always budget.
